Due to updated IRS regulations, Compass125 does not provide employees cash rewards or dollars added to their paycheck through payroll for participation in the program.  Rather, Compass125 creates additional dollars that employees use to select additional healthcare benefits tailored to their individual needs.  These benefits are in addition to the core benefits listed in Compass125.
